Zaatar W Zeit started out as a small, cosy, eatery serving casual diners in fast-paced Lebanon, with bright colors, rustic tables, and simple food.
As it gained popularity and needed to appeal to a broader range of clientele, the restaurant grew up, morphing into a refined urban eatery with clout and class. Local roots but with a strong international appeal, affordable yet a bit of a treat, fast and convenient but always prepared and presented with care and attention.
